About Murmel Comics
What is that?

Murmel Comics are comics for everybody. Since 1999 the Murmel Comics anthologies have been published three times a year. Each issue includes stories in pictures. Drawing skills do not matter, because nobody who wants to draw or tell something shall be excluded. There is neither a "too good" nor a "too bad". Murmel confronts quality terror with an open, participatory system. Everybody who wants to join us may send their comics to the Murmel Headquarter and will be published. Actually, Murmel Comics never rejected any contribution.

The Din A5 issues consist of tacked black and white copies. They are sold at cost price 2 Euro. Murmel issues can be purchased at the following shops:

Besides comic issues, Murmel produces other products such as t-shirts, soft toys, buttons, pocket diaries, and games. Sometimes the Murmel core troop, which consists of six people living in Vienna and Cologne, participates in exhibitions and special events. We celebrate each release with a party.
